Which test do I need — 15m or 20m?
Different organisations use different versions. UK police fitness testing uses the 15 metre test; most other settings — schools, clubs, fire service and military-style testing — use the 20 metre test. Every purchase includes both, plus the sit-up and press-up tests.
What are the two audio versions?
Each test comes as a call-out version, where the level and shuttle ("Level 3 – 5") are announced after each beep, and a clean version with beeps and level announcements only. Both carry identical, verified timing.
How accurate are the recordings?
Every beep is machine-verified against the protocol mathematics to within ±5 ms. Older recordings in circulation — including our own pre-2026 masters — run up to 1% off true pace.
How do I get my MP3s?

When will my CD arrive?
CDs ordered before 3pm are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail First Class — typically next-day arrival. If it hasn’t arrived within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll sort it.

Yes — plain MP3s play on any phone, speaker or computer. For testing others, use a speaker loud enough to hear clearly at both cones.
